　　The reason why thinner nonwovens are more prone to short codes:

　　Nonwovens coiling because the finished product more volume larger,at the same coiling speed,the linear speed will become larger and larger,thinner non-woven fabrics because tension is smaller,likely to cause the phenomenon of being stretched into Short code problems due to tension release after roll.As for thicker specifications of the product,the production of larger tensile strength,resulting in smaller stretch,not easy to cause short code problems.

　　Work roll cotton generated after cotton causes:

　　Most of the reason that the working roller wraps cotton during production is that the friction coefficient between the fiber and the clothing is not normal due to the low oiling of the fiber.The fibers are entangled with the work roller underneath the clothing and the fibers wrapped around the work roller can not be shifted,After the constant friction compression between the clothing and clothing gradually melts into hard cotton.To eliminate the wound cotton can be used to reduce the work roll on the roll to be removed around the cotton.
